I don't have the option of clicking on contiue until after I have entered the cd key and hit enter. Then the field where I just entered the key changes to read "change cd key" and the continue button appears.Originally Posted by CBR
I've had no luck locating any type of customer service support for this problem. Is there a trusted member here to whom I could send my cd key to see whether it works on another computer, or would that violate all of the laws of the natural universe?
