    Cream of Broccoli is one of my favorite soups. Dark green vegetables like that and spinach are excellent for your health. The thing about broccoli is that it does tend to "taint" anything it comes into contact to when it's wet. If you boil it you'll loose a lot of nutrients which you can see when you drain the pot. I'm sure pasta just sucks it up though.


    Reinvent the British and you get a global finance center, edible food and better service. Reinvent the French and you may just get more Germans.

    Yeah, I believe that Bush Sr. refused to eat broccoli. I prefer plain broccoli served cold and unboiled with no dip. Anything else just messes it up. Broccoli is not the enemy here... Cauliflower is.
