At last, cyber-war! Welcome to the 21st century. In a nutshell, chinese government hackers (probably) are trying to infitrate western government computer systems to steal information. With some successes it seems.
Can anything be done about this? If so, what? Is this just the behaviour of a superpower on the make (the historically inclined might remember that American law used to pay next to no protection to intellectual property protection while she was playing catch up, is this simply the modern equivalent?)
