    Default Franks...come out, come out!

    I have completely destroyed the Franks and their horde, except for about 30 men of theirs. It's their faction leader and a quarter of a unit of horde spearmen. I had half a stack chasing them when one turn...BAM! they disapeared. They just vanished. Well, I thought fine, they're gone. Then I realized on the mini-map there was a star where a horde faction is and when I put the curser on it, it said "franks". Well, I've moved my half stack around everywhere to attract an ambush in wait, but nothing. I covered the entire area with about 6 different units mowing the area.

    No luck and I need to know what's going on. It's annoying me...

    Try puttins spies around the region to cover more ground.

    Are there trees in that area? Maybe they hide. I had similar with Sarmatian. Only faction leader and a few miserable survivors, they too disappear. Next time they appear is far away near Arles. More annoying was to watch them beseige and take the city from strong WRE garrison. Recently the same thing, but this time was a Berber diplomat. For few turns he left the map and then came back in almost the same place.

    Lol i'm sure theyll come out eventually and besiege a settlement with a 800 man garrison, such is the way of the AI
