Thread: Ancillaries

    Default Ancillaries

Is it possible to add effects to ancillaries? Like adding influence to the aged_retainer as in the example below. I tried to add this as a test but I did not see any change in influence in the general who had this ancillary.
    Thanks in advance.

    Example from export_descr_ancillaries.txt:

    Ancillary aged_retainer
    Image older_man_ancillary.tga
    ExcludedAncillaries evil_mother-in-law
    ExcludeCultures barbarian
    Description aged_retainer_desc
    EffectsDescription aged_retainer_effects_desc
    Effect Management 1
    Effect PersonalSecurity 1
    Effect Influence 6

You also have to edit the export_ancillaries file in the text folder, or the bonus won't appear in the description (although it should have an effect on your general)
