I have a question about attacking allies. see in the game right now my allies have a lot of the land. and I would like to battle for it. but then it says you dont have enough popular power to attack. what does that mean? please help.

basically ,if it is a roman faction you are playing, you cannot attack the other romans as the game does not allow it at that moment...
it depends what version of RTW you are playing as to how this problem can be fixed really...
But in the game, to get more popular you need to get more provinces until the senate will start to dislike you and the people start to love you...
