I couldn't agree with you more.

Whoever said don't venture out to the valleys if you designed this doll, well, everyone I've ever known in the valleys really couldn't give a crap about the royal family one way or another. If you don't want to visit the valleys for other reasons then I totally understand.

Look at the Royal family, then look at her. Bringing some fresh water to the gene pool. Don’t forget the Spanish Hapsburgs.

Vlad, you do know who the Spencer family are don't you?

If there were a competition for the most inbred chinless wonders in the British Isles it would come down to the Spencers and the house of Windsor in the final match.

Edit: the scary council estate inbreds (you know the sort I'm talking about) forfeited because they had to sign on.

I was refering to the misspelling more than anything else. I imagine there isn't too much love for the Royals up there.

    The spelling is not suprizing.

    For example.
The royal Welsh, regiment of the british army, has its own little berret hat pin,
    Compleate with Plumage.

I have one of these small Golden pins.
These things Have been isued by the Queen.

    and they say.
    The royal Welch

I know its pitifull. But you get used to it.
Wales is an english word Dont mean squat to me really.

Cos this country is not wales.
    its
    Cymru!

Ahem, the Regiment in question (the 23rd Regiment of Foot) is the Royal Welch Fusiliers (not a spelling mistake, it is supposed to be Welch with a -ch). The name simply is an archaic spelling of Welsh. The 23rd has retained the spelling since 1689 when it was formed
It was not theirs to reason why,

It was theirs but to do or die.

Interesting. It seems the valleys in the UK are like the stix in the US.

    Not the Uk, Wales.
There are times I wish they’d just ban everything- baccy and beer, burgers and bangers, and all the rest- once and for all. Instead, they creep forward one apparently tiny step at a time. It’s like being executed with a bacon slicer.

yeah, Vlad, "the Valleys" is usually taken to refer to the heavily industrialised area of Wales that stretches from eastern Carmarthenshire, straight through Glamorgan and into Gwent. it's very hilly and the industries expanded along the bottoms of the valleys that cut into the hills.

Lots of coal and metal ores see, boyo.

There are plenty of other valleys in Wales but they are not "The Valleys".
