It resembles very much the map of RTW, just a little bit more provinces, but many are located the same....

Seems like a bad guess to me.

It is pretty bad. And a bit unbalanced.

As said on that forum, it was just a guess.

I hope that's not the map, it does not go far enough north at all! And please, more provinces...

That can't be the map, it's just the RTW map extended more or less...

I don't like the look of the Polish region but didn't find it too objectionable.

Reinvent the British and you get a global finance center, edible food and better service. Reinvent the French and you may just get more Germans.

That's a nice site you gave there. Thanks. Oh, and I found a couple of mistakes on first glance - on the 10th century map it should say "Bulgarian Princedom" or "Bulgarian Knyazdom" or even "Bulgarian Tzardom" if you like but not "Bulgarian Khanate" We're alredy christian by 900, for Christ's sake! ;)

Also on the maps where they're referring to "Empire of All Russias" they probablt meant "Empire of All Russians"!!

As for using the word "Empire" in "Bulgarian Empire" - it's correct. The title Emperor is equal to the title Tzar, so Empire is practically the same as the bulgarian word "Tzarstvo" - a state ruled by a Tzar.

Hail esteemed neighbour (and cousin )

The title of Khan might have been in use well into the christian times. Several christian nomadic peoples used it in Eurasia. But I would also prefer Tzardom, since good old Boris had long ago styled himself thusly.

As for All Russias, that's accurate. The Tzar of of Russias (each principality being a Russia) was the title of Ivan the Terrible IIRC.

Then the mistake must have been in the place where I saw "Emperor of all Russians". Be that as it may, I'm not sure wether "Всея Русь" should be translated as "All Russias". More likely it should be "All [of] Russia".

    Anyone to clarify?

I hope the map is roughly the same size as the EB map, with lots of provinces.

"All [of] Russia" is correct. But excuse me my ignorance, what are you talking about? This title and the state it means are actual since at least the end of MTW2 time period.
