If you want to have the most generic, crappy names, then go on to Vanilla. Go on, it's good for you.

Look, you just need to be used from the generic "Swordsmen" names to "Thanbarava". Not everyone spoke english, no one spoke english. So that's why this mod has those names. It's a historical mod, which had a year of work on it. What do you expect it to have?

Well, im fine with the Thanbarava, but i would like to change the roman family members name. Im not asking it to be in the full version, i would just like to have it in my own version of the beta

Eh, not everybody likes the names the way they are. The easiest thing to do would be to open up Data\text\names.txt and replace the names on the right side with your preferred version (don't touch the ones in brackets).

It should look something like this:

{SpvrivsManivs}        Tom
{Aajfksdfjjfdsfdk}     Dick
{Grazzzzinnnaar}       Harry

I don't think it was a rant... just a request from someone who didn't want the family names to be confusing.

By "confusing", you mean authentic? Just want to make sure it isn't implied that we are making names confusing for confusion's sake. (There's also the element of pure evilness )
