on the right, click the orange button that says download on it.

well to get the patch:
go to https://www.europabarbarorum.com
click the downloads icon
inside are the instructions for downloading the mod. It requires a clean download of RTW and the patch, as Im sure you know.
underneath all of that is a link to the RTW 1.2 patch
Save it to your computer
put it in Activision/Rome Total War folder
Download
go to that folder and double click the icon to install it
if it doesnt work or there is some error, redownload it
From there you should be able to download EB and have everything work
just follow the same steps from above with the EB download
