The farming basic income for different areas?

Could anyone help me in where to find a file that controls the basic farming income values for different areas?

base farm level can be found as the bottom item of each region entry (or second from bottom if you have religion listed(BI)) in the descr_regions.txt file (in the base folder), and is merely a game-start version of the farming level (assigned in the EDB) which affects both population growth and farming income. The grain resource also has an effect in this regard.
