I take it that you are RTW base?

if so.
all i can offer is crosslinking to your page from mine,
in return for a link to mine from yours.
as for the link from my page to yours, It can open in a new window or in a frame,
Simply tell me your url and if you wish for it to be opend in a new window or not.

I need to add urls to the links i already have on the page soon,
So its a good time for requests to be made.
