I've seen a lot of useful guides for everything that goes into a faction, but, I haven't seen anything that helps with creating your own new/changed faction. After playing RTR as rome over and over fighting Pyrrhus, I'd like to move the time frame back and add in the Estrucans and Samnites, replacing the Brutii and Scripii? factions. Where would I begin? I thought I saw a thread on creating a new faction once here or in TWCenter but I've never found it again.
