Casse Navy?

Howdy,

Um. So I own the Isles. But, how the hell do I get off them. I see to have advanced to the highest town expansion (6000) - but dont have the option to builda navy anywhere. What gives?

Others have said they've done well. What am I missing?

You need to build a naval port and only certain cities can build them, I think Ictis can build one.

Have a look at this map. It shows all the cities capable of building small and large naval ports.
