instead of changing the prices of watch towers press the button bellow Esc (in america it is the tilde key ~ but on my keyboard (british) it is like this wierd gun thing ¬ ) during the game
that brings up the RomeShell then type in add_money 20000 but change the '20000' to however much you want and that gives you that money...
