Character Traits

I've seen a forum like this before, but not sure where or what the info was about. Anyway, I really want to add some traits to the RTW game (plain old RTW, not Vanilla or BI or anything). Is there an auto-MOD program I could use? Or can someone send me something that I can read so I don't mess something up. I think I have an idea of how to do it, but I'm afraid of messing it up somehow. (Some of the ideas I have have contradictory aspects, meaning if a person has one, the other can't happen, please keep that in mind). Thanks!
