Does EB plan to port to 1.6?

Khelvan announced that they are first going to make a finished version for 1.5. After that, there may be an BI version.

If anyone knows what all happened to change the way hidden resources work for 1.5, it could be very helpful to us. Having trouble getting them to work as a requirement for buildings now in 1.5.
