A sub forum for rants...

I dont know how or if this could be implimented.

But i believe its a good idea to make a sub forum To contain the Rants that apear in posts.

by this i mean.

In some posts there is a main subject.
But something happens.
And an argument breaks out over a non related subject..

I propose that instead of closing the topic..
delete the offending text and realocate it to the RANT forum.
Where the new debate can continue.
and also allow the origional debate to continue without having to close the thread.

prehaps a BIGEST ranter award for the person who distrupts the most topics at the end of the year.

Bigest ranter award being like the wooden spoon prize given to the worst person.
and only people who's text was mooved to the Rant forum are nominated for the award.
(not people who then joined the debate becous of what was said)

maby that would help stop people taking subjects off topic, and deliberatly geting threads closed. Just becous they dont like whats being said.
