I play it on dialup often, its not too laggy for me. Probably just the servers you've been going to or maybe something with your comp. I play on <IoW> XP->Save!! and Last Evolution(the server names) if anyone wants to stop by sometime. I go by the nick ChaosLord on there too. While its not the best FPS around its fun enough and free, two factors that have ensured my going back to it again and again.

I'd recommend it. It runs great, and the objective based maps are a nice change of pace.

And there's some degree of teamwork that's required, which can't be said of alot of FPS games.
