I changed the prefence file and when I load the game it says in the options that it is going to be 16 bit but when it finally loads its 32 bit. I had the black stuff problem on RTR but by switching to 16 bit it went away the problem here is it won't switch even though you select a 16 bit resolution. Also I updated the drivers but it didn't help.
