Larger Map

Hi guys.

I play Barbarian Invasion patched to 1.6 and i really really really want a campaign map that includes all of the British Isles so that half of scotland is not missing. I want this since im playing as the Celts and having one tiny province at the top of britain is annoying andi really just want to see all of scotland on there.

Ive looked everywhere for one but cant find one that doesnt come with loads of other stuff that will mod everything else.

All i want is a larger map! please!

I also have another question! If i was to mod a few units so they can be recruited by the celts and have new skins with celt colours would this affect my ability to play online?

A little bit of searching, and I think you'll be able to find an expanded map (I believe one good one is called "Warmap"). Doing it yourself is too big a pain to be worth it unless you're into modding for its own sake as well.
If you insist, however, go here.

Any modification you make to units will affect your ability to play online. I'm pretty sure that all you can do without affecting it is to add a provincial campaign that doesn't interfere with anything else. And remember the cardinal rule of modding: ALWAYS HAVE BACKUPS.

Even if you don't have the whole game copied (best, but most time and space-consuming), it's advisable to at least back up whatever specific files you mod.

Ye i have full backup of the entire game that i use to play Multiplayer and a modded one for single player.

I tried warmap but its way to big lol. I dont really want one enlarged in scale but so its just extended to include Britain.
