FIFA 2006 or FIFA Manager 2006???
I really wanna buy a football game, but I want to combine a very good managerial game with good gameplay and graphics, which means I don't look for a awesome all around football match.
So, what do you suggest?

Pre Evo 5 definitely plays the best (although playing against the computer can be very frustrating, the multiplyaer football is sublime). There is also a master-league mode where you build up a team from scratch and there are plenty of tactical options for your team to fiddle about with.
If you want pure management, i'd suggest Football Manager 2006, but you can't play the matches yourself in that.
There are no games that combine playing and managing to any decent degree in my opinion, so these two above are the best in their class. You could always get both and so can dip into each depending on your mood. I'd suggest that rather than get a game that doesn't do either particularly well.

Definatly FIFA 2006.
The manager mode is excellent and is so much of an improvement over the manager modes in previous FIFA titles. The gameplay is also amazing. If you want a pure manager game then buy FIFA Manager 2006, if you want a brilliant manager game as well as brilliant gameplay, graphics and overall greatness then get FIFA 2006.
