How do you put videos onto a PSP?

I tried, I looked it up and it says go to MP_ROOT and I connect the thing up, USB cable USB connect ect. it's not there! All I have ion the screen is music, system, photo and savedata. So I can't put videos on!

There is something called PSP Video 9 or something around. The files need a specific name and to be mpeg 4. It's pretty awkward, but easy enough with the proper software. Try searching on Google.

The thing is MP4 (I have the file in that form at, PSP supports it.) but the file I need is not there. Anyhow, my father is going to show me, so well, anyway, thanks BDC.
