Civilization doesn't use 'turn number 1 through 400'. They use dates, with intervals ranging from 50 to 1 years., i.e. 3950 B.c. - 3900 B.c. - 3850 B.c.; 1750-1752-1754 and 1921-1922-1923. Works perfectly.
