If you downloaded 0.7.3, all you would need to do, as per the instructions we have tried our very best to make clear, is to install the hotfix.
Were any of my instructions unclear on this point?

Dear Guys,
I can now say that I have all working with no problems so far on both machines. After much frustration on our bigger unit I re-installed EB and played for some time. Then I installed the patch 7.3 and played it for some time. Finally just about 241BC I installed the hotfix and to my surprise, no crashes and so far no problems. This was how I did it on the first machine with no problems so perhaps installing seperately might just work for others as well.

Heya, I have a slight problem. I installed the hotfix because I am currently on 0.7.3 beta, but when I load up the game it tells me that it can't find the skeleton fs_pilum. Apparently because the .7.3beta roman legionnaires use fs_javelinman. What is to be done?

We are preparing a patch that will restore the old animations, at least until we can solve all these battle CTDs. Hang in there!Originally Posted by pezhetairoi
No. The Romans are part of the Greek Culture, so there's no Latin voices for now. When we make the port to 1.5, Rome will have its own culture and those dulcet Latin tones will carress your ears once more.Originally Posted by Kralizec
You have no idea how encouraging it is to hear from folks who are having a good, relatively CTD experience with EB!Originally Posted by basics

"Numidia Delenda Est!"
Dear All,
Still as Rome I reached 172 BC and had another ( two in total ) end-turn CTD. Went back in via " continue campaign " withdrew the barracks I had set then changed a few units around and pressed end turn. Once more no problems and I have now reached 167 BC and fighting against Gauls, Germans and Macedonians. Please note that I have not interferred with any files that were in the downloads.
By the way this machine is an 570/770 E Machine, some 4 years old, 2 Ghz, 768 RAM and 9600 ATI Graphics.
