This really bugs bunnies me. I made the Senate unlockable.
I can't give missions or select the Senate floor.

Is it that hardcoded? Can't sombody do anything about it, not even some simple text editing to edit just a bit from it?

I wish to know everything that has been discovered about the Senate.

And this applies to every Rome TW version.

If you play as the senate you cannot give missions or access the senate floor. You can start the civil war at any point. This is because the senate was never meant to be player, it was just meant to be a faction giving orders to the three roman families.

You can make the Senate a 'normal faction' by changing his 'internal name', see this post of Dromikaites :
