    Default Command stars

I never really figured out what command stars did in this game. What do they do? Is it like MTW at all?

It was supposed to just raise morale, but a CA staffer posted that this was not a big enough affect, so they got them to raise attack too. I am not sure we were told quantitative information, but I would guess one star = +1 attack, +2 morale.

The general's command also controls his radius-of-effect, which is set to 30 m + 5 m * command + 2 m * influence. This is used to award morale bonusses to nearby units (in addition to the combat bonus), and when testing which units are affected it tests the distance between the actual general's position and the centre-point of the unit being considered.

So if I understand this correctly, the attack bonus is universal but the morale bonus is only for units close to the general. Is that right?
