The Black Sea- The Cradle of European Civilization

Probable stage for Noah's Flood, Pontus Euxius( The Black Sea) could be the cradle of European Civilization.
In Romania the oldest writing was discovered at Tartaria. Dating to about 4004 BC it predates the Sumerian writing (around 3300 BC) by almost 700 years.
The tablets contained proto-Sumerian writing allowing scholars to see how Sumerian writing evolved.
A tablet contained the following proto-sumerian writing NUN.KA.S.UGULA.PL.IDIM.KARA.I." = : "In the fourtyeth reign for the lips the eldest after ritual burned ars. This is the tenth"( Sorry horrible spelling errors in English guys)

This tablet is the first written evidence of a Flood.
1) Large number of beings spreading
2) A Flood

Considering the pattem of migrations of the hellenes I think they woudl have been heavily influienced by the Carpathian inhabitants and thus ware able to build a substantial cultural wealth.

Depends on definition of civilization. I assume you mean societies that settled and built cities of a significant enough size? Then I guess old Jericho, Catal Huyuk (sp?) and the others that are often mentioned might be the place. If you define it as the first who got either written language, an army or a city, then it's a tricky question. Or if you define it as the first to start growing things in the earth. Or if you define it as the first time when humans started being significantly different from animals, in that they spent more of their time than any other animal at irrational things that didn't directly improve their survival (but some of these irrational things later improved survival, but usually indirectly). In any case it's strange how so many people would be proud of living in the place where the disaster begun - both Africans, Middle easterners, Europeans and others stubbornly want to prove that they were the first to invent the curse.
