Default How do I Edit Experience Levels?

I want to tone down the benefits experience gives, particularly taking away the defense bonus it gives. What text file do I edit?

    Thanks.

    Rometw.exe possibly.

    It's hardcoded.

    Which is annoying.

    Wow, whose call was that?

I can't stand all this stuff being hardcoded.
