Seeking help

Haven't been on these forums for a long time, ever since MTW, and shortly after, RTW, were buried deep on my shelf. But now I need some help and I remembered that this is one of the most, if not the most, intelligent forum I have ever visited. As such, without further to do...

I have a small task to do in English, nothing hard, but it requires imagination, something I find very difficult. I need to find an interesting article, about 12 A4 pages long, that should be connected with economics. Then I need to present it and so on....basically an easy, boring and in my opinion a rather pointless task, I like to believe I am atleast somewhat good at English Pardon my ego please

So the hardest thing is, finding a good, interesting article. Hopefully you guys can help me out with some interesting ideas and topics.

Not really an article, but a long english-version of Latvian Privitisation Laws.

Maybe you could do a presentation on "Privatisation of Public Services, Good or Bad?". Not exactly the most stimulating subject, but an important one.
