Ok, I run a program called Windows Washer (it was recogmended by friend). After it was done the font had changed. I don't what it was on before, but it is the standard windows font.
What is it called?

The Doctor, some clearer and grammatically better expression of your problem and I'll see if I can reach a point.

All fonts have changed.
Even on the Internet.
I have changed it to that, but it still looks wrong. It is fine on my sister's account.Desktop? I checked it's Tahoma and for the title bar it's Trebuchet MS
I found the problem.
On the effects window of the appearance tab on the display properties, there is an option to do with smoothing the edges of screen font. It was set on "Clear Type", so I changed it to Standard. Now everything is back to normal.
For what its worth, Cleartype is a form of AA for smoothing text on LCD screens.
maybe those guys should be doing something more useful...
Though I have a CRT, Cleartype absolutely smoothens the fonts which is one of the first adjustments I do after installing a fresh systemOriginally Posted by hoom
