    Question 2 Modding questions

OK im a bit of a newbie here and im making a bit of a mod for BI. I need 2 questions answering:
    1. I have created the Moors out of the ERR and the White Huns out of the Roxolani. I have successfuly changed everything apart from the banners the captains/generals carry and poke out of the settlements (the army strength bar thing, they still carry old symbols) and also on the campaign map the symbol you get at the bottom of your user interface (what you can right-click to bring up your faction summary). How do you change these?
    2. I am in dire need of a free, downloadable picture-editing program to create new regions with. Prefferably no registation please!

If any one can answer these questions, I thank them many times!

go into the UI folderand under the culture you wish to change you should find the symbols... i think
as you may need a picture editing program i suggest that you download the latest photoshop trial so you can do what you want for about 30 days

It depends on what photo editor you use. For example, in Adobe Photshop, you got the alpha channels and layers in the box on the right.

You got different alternatives. Maybe you should try IrfanView.

Irfanview and PaintShop Pro is what I am using! Paintshop can't read the files and I don't know how to access the Alpha Channels from Irfanview??!!
