We've discussed it, but it might not get fixed immediately. The next build is focused on three things really: getting a build on 1.5, getting the new units in, getting the unit recruitment system restarted (after the F5 storm that was 1.5 wreaked its havoc on our entire system - from governments to MIC's to reforms - we have been a bunch of very unhappy campers... that is until we've seen just how many new units will be in it ).

So there will still be problems - and things we want to fix, and gaps, but we're really trying to get UI cards all done and up to speed since that was a big complaint for the beta release. Trees are still up for discussion, but we are thinking about them.
