I love the daily show but don't find Colbert funny at all. Most of the jokes are based on his persona and it gets old quickly.

I watch the Daily Show, not everyday, but when I can I do. The Colbert Report is fun only a little while, but I usually watch it everytime I tune in to the Daily Show.

Its all about Bremner, Bird, and Fortune for us Brits. I do enjoy the Daily Show but the Bush bashing gets old for me rather quickly.
"To fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting.
-Sun Tzu, the Art of War
This is surprising. I'll watch the Daily Show if it happens to be on and will always find it funny, but I literally cannot tolerate the Colbert Report... and I thought that was the general consensus![]()
Nope, I too like the Daily Show but now LOVE the Colbert Report. I thought the CR was a bit shaky at first, but now I laugh way more at him than I do at Stewart.
My only complaint is that Colbert wasn't able to transfer 'This Week in God' to his show. Without Colbert, its just a shadow of its former self.
Now, its back to my leather baldrics and +1 Scimitars (gotta love Colbert's D&D references :)
"I love this fellow God. He's so deliciously evil." --Stuart Griffin
I watch them both.. very funny. If and when Democrats ever hold office in the country again Im sure they will get burned too. If I remember right, the old daily show (with the cbs late late show guy) made fun of Clinton to no end.
Stephen Colbert for president.![]()
