Where is America on the main map of your first post?
But other than that looks pretty solid.

If this is really going to be for a M2TW or a edieval mod you need to change those names to Greek forms/versions and Istanbul needs to be Constantinople.

    Interesting...

That's a huge amount of provinces to conquer. I wouldn't mind at all if the devs use this as guideline though. Assuming people play to conquer the whole thing, 400 turns seem to be enough time.

    It looks quite good.

Maybe you should show it to the Medieval Auctoriso team.

Is this complete conjecture or do you have some inside source on this? Otherwise... I'll wait and see.

He is just posting his ideas of how the map should look. It is an impressive amount of work, and I would certainly like it if the M2:TW was this detailed, but I don't agree with every choice. For example, why add Chalkis and the Ionian isles, but not other more important Grecian cities? How come all of the current Netherlands be Frisian? Oh, and it is Constantinople, not Istanbul.

And quite impressive ideas they are. I merely pointed out some obvious errors. Especially calling Constantinople Istanbul is a mistake that even someone as ignorant of history as I can see.

Seems more pragmatic than historically accurate. But you could replace connachta with leath coinn and laigin with leath mogha, hence maintaining the convenience of two provinces and throwing in some historical accuracy as well.

Ehh as far as I know Medival History of Balkans if you vant to be correct, Bosnia shouldn't exit there out to the sea. A province named Zeta should be where curently Montenegro is.

While this thread started out humorously, it's become tragic now that we know we are to expect about 10% of the provinces shown here.

is there going to be a higher density of provinces per given area than the original M:TW?

ie, France will have six subdivisions in M2:TW rather than the five subdivisions found in M:TW.

I think it's not so important . In that years , Istanbul (Constantinople) was under the protection Ottoman Empire . So it's name was Istanbul .
