CTD in EBBS Script under Baktrian Independence Section

For 10+ consecutive years the game always crashes at the start of my next turn, but only when I turn on the script. So I went ahead to narrow down the problem in the EBBS_Script, and I found that by removing the entire Baktrian Independence event (EDIT: and also the entire Seleucid Anabasis event) from the Special Events section, my game won't crash anymore. However, I'm not sure which line of those sections is crashing my game though.

FYI, I'm currently playing as the Seleucid Empire. I have many save files all pointing to the same CTD:

The save file in the following thread created by me points to the same problem too, but previously I mistakened it as the Eleuthoroi causing the crash. Mods you might want to delete it.
