I have a couple of Aedui questions.

When do the Neitos reforms happen? And will the availability of Neitos be the only significant change?

Secondly, how do I recruit Carnute Cingetos? Are they merc units?

At the moment, I believe the Neitos are linked to the Roman reforms. We ultimately hope to have three reforms for the Celts.

No there will be a couple of other late period units as well. Brihentin, Solduros, etc etc.

The Carnute Cingetos can only be attained from Mrogaule.

As the Roman reforms are dependent, currently, on date, it doesn't matter if the faction is still viable.

The Aedui, Averni, and Casse only have one level of "academic" building, yes? I assume this is the Marro Arun (Teaching Grove). Will there be higher levels?

Yes, definitely. They have or will have three levels of education buildings (more than anyone else in their culture group).
