I've gone into the game's mainframe and made providences predominantly Jews. It's fun! But, anyway, yeah there are Jews. Some in large quantities, like near Israel, and a small minority up in Europe. I've even edited it so that factions were mainly Jews.

I was surpsrised too to see some Jews in the Middle East but when I thought about it, it seemed perfectly reasonable. I haven't noticed the Jews in Europe though. You guys know the provinces?

I remember seeing in Spain Jews were being persecuted once big pop-up but I've never really noticed anything else

You got a persecution? I never got that, although the other day I did exicute a Rebel spy.

Jews appear in some provinces, including Europe but they are so few in number they often just get converted before you notice. Although IRRC there were meant to be Jewish merchants in the game that increased trade and at the same time increased the Jewish faith.
