Making BI Unplayable factions playable

I finally got BI and have a question about the unplayable factions. I was wondering if it is possible to edit a file to make them playable? I have done it with RTW and would like to with BI. Thanks.

Alternatively, you could try the Make All Factions Playable in BI mod

A couple of the Factions in BI Can be made playable by first editing Descr_Strat and moving them from Non Playable to Playable. But the difference with BI is that you need to change the Faction Description from NON-PLAYABLE to MODERATE, that should work

from what i know you dont need to change it from non playable to moderate it just looks nice
