    I'm not sure exactly what provinces would be considered "barbarian" lands for the purposes of this condition. I'd guess lands controlled by a faction in the barbarian culture, but I haven't determined this conclusively.

    Ah! the Generals! they are numerous, but not good for much (especially if they're Languorous)!

    don't worry... i was just looking through the EB triggers and noticed InEnemyLands... i'll use that instead

    Just remember, that one does the opposite of what you'd expect! InEnemyLands means the character is in one of your provinces.

    That's fixed in 1.5/1.6
    Make sure of that when you port EB to 1.5
