What does the field "Units Base Strength" in the unit_prod do? What effect does it have on the unit it corresponds to, as the majority of units have it on 80, but vikings have it on 1 and others have 16 or 60?

Iirc, it doesn't do anything.
Some columns in the unit_prod files aren't used anymore.
During the development of the game they were abandoned.
You can however experiment with different values and see if it makes a difference.
