End the turn without the script running, then activate the script afterwards.

Please note which version you are running. If it is 0.7.2 this is probably a known bug which was fixed in later versions.

Yeah, that doesn't sound like it's happened in the 0.7.4 build. I'd be very surprised if it did in our latest build.
