Hello! About the command line options in RTW...

Hello Org, its been a long time since I've visited this part of the web (last time I was here my username was :Eyeswater, see the archive:MTW Making a movie) but at the moment I have run into a small problem with the command line options with RTW.
I was wondering if any of the Org members could confirm if the movie editor function of rendering video (enabled via command line option -movie_cam:capture_video) has been disabled in patches 1.5/BI1.6
At the moment in RTW/BI 1.6 I can set up camera moves and replay them but when following the editor instructions to render it basically just reloads the custom battle replay.
If anyone can confirm this feature has been disabled in the current patch or if there is a variation in the instructions/commands from 1.2 then I would be most appreciative.

Nope its not possible to record battles from campaign games in any version but with the 1.2version CA released the instructions+ commands you could enable the command line options which let you record footage from custom battles, thereby giving the player the chance to make footage similar to the intro movies and the stuff you seen on the program Time Commanders(if you're from the UK)
Unfortunately it seems that in subsequent patches (or at least 1.5/BI1.6) that the command line option to render the footage has been disabled as it no longer goes thru the rendering process or at least not on my pc anymore hence the thread to see if others could/can confirm this is indeed the case.

As for reasons why its now disabled, I have no idea but maybe to do with new stuff in BI but thats only a guess.
