You're not getting it Dave. I am not arguing that blacks are not convicted of crime in the U.S. at a much higher rate than their proportional representation in the population. This is a reality I don't dispute.

Our differences of opinion are not in the "how much," but in the "why" blacks are being convicted of so much crime.
