An old DOS game I've downloaded is asking for the sound card data (IRQ number etc.). I have WinXP, what do I do?

For your sound card's IRQ:
Right click mycomputer > properties > hardware (tab) > device manager > sound video & game controllers > double click on your sound card > Resources (tab)
hopefully you'll find it there
