Charge value for thureophori is 1???

Is this normal for their charge value to be lower then a skimishers(peltasti)who have 23,I think theyshould be changed because the thureophori is the same as a peltasti in every aspect except for wielding a spear and the charge value.

Charge bonuses have very little effect, if any. You can ignore them.
