One of these babies in dark blue I inherited from my dad. As of speed, couldn't really tell, I measure speed in multiples opf the speed limit. Speed limit, twice the speed limit and trice the speed limit, usually doesn't get faster than that.... Good enough to carry surfboards

I'm not old enough to drive, but my uncle collects Alfa Romeo's and is giving me one of these.

My aim, then, was to whip the rebels, to humble their pride, to follow them to their inmost recesses, and make them fear and dread us. Fear is the beginning of wisdom.

I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.

'97 Subaru Legacy. Gets me around in the snow and has decent mileage. I think about 25 MPG but I have no idea what horse power it is since I drive like an old bag.

    My little pride and joy:

1976 Triumph Spitfire 1500 - in winter trim. Now it's Easter and the sun is shining, it will soon be time to replace the roof with its hood.

These were hairy when they had a 1300 engine, the 1500 is somewhat overpowered and the De Dion axle only just copes. For best handling, it has a paving slab in the boot.

Top speed is about 130 mph, the edge taken off by the conversion to unleaded fuel. Crazy fun on country roads at 40 though!
