I would think that's for you to decide.

I'd rather not spend my time with anxious people who look for the cues of others in order to make themselves fit into the acceptable norm. Just do what you like to do and relax a bit.

As a sidenote, I would say that the upper class don't have demanding jobs, the upper class is a leisure class. Upper middle would probably be the 'respectable' hardworkers.
