More specifically, you will see a line for each level of every building that has "construction" and then a number. The number is how many turns it takes to build that level of the building.Originally Posted by Lusted

Dont know exactly how to do that...I've checked the export_descr_buildings.txt and the barbarian factions don't have separate ownerships of buildings and once you add stone walls to them...all barbarian factions will be able to build
But Ive been told about an existing mod (mundus magnus) If im right, that this think is possible
You can add in ownership of buildings by faction, is just most is done by culture eg barbarian.

To expand on what lusted said, you want to change this line:
toCode:stone_wall requires factions { carthaginian, eastern, parthia, egyptian, greek, roman, }
But there is actually more to it, since there aren't any images for Dacian (or any Barbarian?) stone walls. I tried this out any got an image of a Roman army barracks in the construction options screen. When the walls had been built, the existing image of the wooden walls disappeared from the strategy map and wasn't replaced by anything.Code:stone_wall requires factions { carthaginian, eastern, parthia, egyptian, greek, roman, dacia, }
I don't know what you need to do to supply the necessary images and don't have time to look it further; perhaps someone who knows how can help you out.

thanks for your help
anyway...
I want the dacians stone walls to look like the greek ones (white) not roman style or eastern
