Everytime i try to start up a campaign, the game starts loading, and then crashes. This happens every single time i try. I tried the jes_church thing and it didn't work. I've tried everything, what should i do?

First, get a black chicken feather and 8 ounces of lizard blood. Using the feather as a brush, while chanting, "fallan fore carny tricke" , paint a crescent moon on your monitor. This should work.

I already tried the solutions on erado's site (excellent site by the way erado.) and i still don't know what to do tho. however, that chicken thing sounds interesting... ;P
I've experienced the same crash over and over while playing Shimazu and the Uesugi diplomat offers an alliance. Time after time. So I eventually just didn't receive the emissary; my suggestion is tosimply wait out the game (put it in the freezer) and hopefully it will change it's mind & work properly next time you want to play.
